Operations Leader turned Strategic Executive, Keli is a passionate and transformational leader who brings more than 20+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research & Technology Industries. Keli has experienced a unique and expansive view of clinical research and drug development with positions ranging from the academic level to leading divisions for the largest global digital health organizations. Keli is an expert in electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) systems and has been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of eCOA since 2010.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of eCOA at THREAD, Keli works collaboratively with the leadership team and is responsible for driving the company’s overarching strategy, including long-term planning, corporate development and strategic investments while leading the eCOA strategy to deliver innovative solutions to address the challenges faced by the Clinical Research industry.

Keli has dedicated her career to helping companies address the ongoing challenges faced by conducting Clinical Research with an unwavering passion and focus on improving the patient and site experience.

Most recently Keli was the General Manager, WCG Clinical Endpoint solutions where she was responsible for delivering against business objectives while successfully integrating two existing businesses (VeraSci and MedAvante). Prior to WCG, Keli was the Sr. Vice President of ClinOne. During her time at ClinOne, she was responsible for building the business to scale while overseeing the global operations team including Project Management, Data Management, Quality and Medical Services. Prior to ClinOne, Keli was Vice President of Client Services at Signant Health. During her time at Signant Health, she was responsible for Signant's global service delivery organization across multiple service lines and during her 18-year tenure at Signant Health she also led multiple successful integrations with companies such as CRF Health, mProve, Clintara and Concordant Rater Systems.
