Rare disease trials often involve highly dispersed patient populations, significant participant and caregiver burden, and complex consent, engagement, data collection, and retention processes, particularly in pediatric settings. We bring deep experience to rare disease studies, with a portfolio of 65 studies across more than 10 therapeutic areas, including 23 pediatric studies and 11 involving elderly participants (65+).

THREAD's approach, rooted in Human-Centered Design, is crafted to meet these challenges head-on, leveraging technology to support flexible, patient-centered solutions that adapt to each studies unique journey. From simplifying consent for caregivers to reducing burden through remote data collection and digital engagement, we tailor our strategies to ensure inclusive, compassionate, and effective research for rare disease communities.
