Participants engage through a mobile application or web browser that provides a streamlined interface for consent, data entry, sensor and wearable connectivity, teleresearch audio/video calls, interactive educational materials, and engagement.

Phase 1 - THREAD Led
THREAD consulting services work in conjunction with research team members taking them through the four THREAD Deployment stages: Define, Configure, Test, and Launch on 1-2 pilot studies selected by the research institution. THREAD provides in-depth exposure for the research team to the THREAD no-code platform and services. This serves as a real-world curriculum for building and launching studies on the THREAD Platform, setting teams up for success in Phase 2. The Phase 1 training also includes a bespoke sandbox experience to train a team of research administrators, investigators, and site staff on the full functionality of THREAD’s Platform as Site Users.
Phase 2 - Self-Service Scale
THREAD experts transition activities to research team members following the launch of the pilot studies. Research teams can effectively build the rest of their study portfolio on the platform themselves. THREAD continues to provide ongoing, monthly consulting services as the research team manages configuration and launch of studies independently and provides just-in-time support as required. A defined governance structure ensures portfolio-level objectives are achieved, and quality delivery is maintained across the enterprise.
